Insurance companies require a diagnosis for mental health services, manage your health records, and may request access to your information and progress. You could face a high deductible for in-network services and have more out-of-network services than you realize. These concerns may not apply to private pay. Additionally, specialized therapists may not be in network, limiting your options.

Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes.

Group counseling and workshops are determined per offering.

I find counseling is most impactful when meeting on a weekly or biweekly basis. We will find a consistent time that works with your availability & budget.
