Many health insurance plans offer partial or full coverage for out-of-network providers. Please contact your insurer and consider the following questions:

    • Does my plan offer any “out-of-network” insurance benefits for mental health?

    • What is my annual deductible and has it been met?

    • What is my “co-insurance”?

    • Do I need prior approval or a referral in order to receive reimbursement for out-of-network mental health care?

    • Out of Network

  • Insurance companies require a diagnosis for mental health services, manage your health records, and may request access to your information and progress. You could face a high deductible for in-network services and have more out-of-network services than you realize. Additionally, specialized therapists may not be in network, limiting your options.

  • Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes.

Group counseling and workshops are determined per offering.

I find counseling is most impactful when meeting on a weekly or biweekly basis. We will find a consistent time that works with your availability & budget.
