Insurance companies require a diagnosis for mental health services, manage your health records, and may request access to your information and progress. You could face a high deductible for in-network services and have more out-of-network services than you realize. Additionally, specialized therapists may not be in network, limiting your options.

Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes.

Group counseling and workshops are determined per offering.

I find counseling is most impactful when meeting on a weekly or biweekly basis. We will find a consistent time that works with your availability & budget.
