Shame is the voice that says "you're too much" or "you're not enough." It keeps us hiding parts of ourselves and editing our truth.

This workshop is for anyone tired of shame calling the shots.

Jamie Ramge (mental health counselor) and Nate Ewert (healer, coach, breathwork facilitator) will guide you through four hours of honest exploration using discussion, breathwork, and reflective processes. We'll look at where shame comes from, how it's shaped you, and what healing might actually look like.

What We'll Do: • Get real about shame's impact through guided discussion • Use breathwork to help process what's been held in your body • Explore the parts of yourself that have been in hiding • Practice speaking truth, even when it's uncomfortable • Create space for being witnessed without judgment

What to Expect: • A safe container for difficult emotions and honest conversation • Practical tools for ongoing self-compassion work • The relief of not having to pretend or perform • Connection with others who get it

This work isn't easy, but it's necessary. And you don't have to do it alone.
